Celebrating Women’s Day 2021: the finest new dubstep tracks by female producers

From venue owners to managers, and from to bookers to label owners – dubstep is full of amazing female talent working very hard behind the scenes – yet in this article we specifically wanted to focus on the producers. Traditionally speaking electronic music production has predominantly been a male business, yet times are changing. Considering the 8th of March 2021 is International Women’s Day, we have a damn good reason to turn the spotlight on some of the most groundbreaking recent productions within 140, executed strictly by females.

GNASHA | The Leeds based Gnasha is a rather new name (at least to our ears). She has been producing for a while now, but has really received the well deserved attention through her recent FOTO SOUNDS release, which we highly recommend to check out. You can also find her spinning some tunes on the (local) airwaves quite often.
