L20 starts on April 30th 2020 with the theme of Generation Future being at the centre.
The theme encourages a response and exploration of what Generation Future and the world of tomorrow means to people in their own individual way, advancing thought, discussion as well as artistic & musical interpretation.
Leeds International Festival 19 ran from 2nd-12th May attracting over 15,000 visitors across 19 venues and included John Cooper Clarke perform Punk poetry , tech exploration and innovation, family fun, art compositions, and a selection of outstanding musical performances from Tommy Cash, Crazy P, Iration Steppas, Daniel Avery, Yves Tumor, Charanga del Norte and many more.
It showcased the talent from in and around Leeds, and pulled both speakers and audiences from across the nation, and across the world, to come together and enjoy the spectacular output on offer in Leeds.
