Symphonic Sounds Back to Basics 2019 returns for a 3rd year as artists are announced for the open air event hosted at Millennium Square, Leeds. 
Special guests include Groove Armada’s MC MAD & Andy Cato, Heather Small (M People) Happy Mondays vocalist Rowetta, Janice Robison of Livin’ Joy, plus Rachel McFarlane and Sara Garvey. 
As Millenium Square transforms into an open air club for the night, be prepared for an epic mix of dance anthems that are carefully expanded and rearranged, including a 60 piece symphony orchestra and vocals from the original artists. 
This event reunite’s Leeds legend Dave Beer (Back To Basics) and Opera North, who in collaboration with Leeds City Council, will enable the community of Leeds to enjoy this unique experience for the third year in a row. 
Supporting the main line up and special guests are Leeds Community Choir led by Cleve Freckleton plus fresh talent from the young people of Leeds performing arts community.
