General Bounce

Yorkshire DJ/producer Dave Gray AKA General Bounce has become a prominent figure in UK clubland in recent years. Obsessed with dance music from an early age, Dave has been an active DJ all his adult life, playing house, trance and UK garage, before settling into the hard dance scene. Regardless of genre, his style reflects his persona and the sound he is passionate about - uplifting, pumping music made for the dancefloor.

Dave's breakthrough came when he joined the Cheeky Tracks brand in 2010. Since then he's performed at the biggest hard dance events in the UK such as the Tidy Weekender, BTID, Frantic, Rejuvenation and Wigan Pier, and his music has earned support from Hannah Laing, BK, Rob Tissera and more. He mixed the "Bouncy Bouncy vol 2" compilation for Tidy Trax in 2024, and also became well known on Manchester's gay scene with a weekly afterhours residency there from 2014 til 2020. He played annually at Unity In The Sun in Corfu from 2021 to 2025, and since then he continues to play at clubs and festivals nationwide while uploading monthly DJ sets to his YouTube channel.

After 25 years in the scene, Dave shows no sign of slowing down and you can be sure he will continue to play the music he believes in.... happy, uplifting and stomping!

"Dave is a fantastic DJ - easy to say he's one of the best. He's a real pleasure to work with" - Rob Tissera
