About
Rob Clayton is a music producer, educator and lifelong music obsessive. After releasing two albums with indie band The Brazen, he swapped guitars for synths and drum machines, now releasing electronic music as Templeton Boom. When he’s not teaching music production, Rob is digging for new electronic sounds, producing his own music and trying to convince everyone that the next great track is probably one you haven’t heard yet.

Rob Clayton’s Sonic Boom is a bi-weekly electronic music show built around one simple idea: keeping things fresh. Rob digs deep for new electronic music, with the majority of tracks less than a month old, bringing listeners sounds they might not have heard yet. The show takes a journey through the BPMs, starting with electro-funk and indie electronica before building through French touch, funky house and melodic sounds, eventually reaching the faster world of modern UK garage.
