LDC runs digital marketing across Yorkshire from one team in Leeds: search, Google Ads, social media, branding, websites and radio, planned together so every channel points people to the same place. We work with trades, professional firms and local services that want more calls and enquiries from the towns they actually cover.
Mabgate in Leeds is where our registered office is, and it’s our only base. Most of the work runs by phone, email, video call and shared documents, so a business in Harrogate gets the same team as one in Headingley. Marketing only in and around the city? See digital marketing in Leeds.
We choose the channels that fit your business and the towns you serve, then run them as one plan. Few businesses need all six.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
People search by service and town, so your site needs pages that match your services and the places you work. We make the technical fixes in the code, plan the service and area pages and tidy your Google Business Profile. SEO across Yorkshire.
Google Ads and paid social
Search and social adverts can run in the postcodes you choose and stay out of the ones you don’t. Because you pay for clicks, we track which clicks turn into calls and forms before the budget grows. PPC and Google Ads.
Content
Guides, answers to the questions customers ask and write-ups of real jobs give people a reason to trust you and give search engines something specific to read. We write it with you, in plain English.
Every campaign ends on a page, and a slow or confusing one wastes the spend. We design and build sites and campaign pages that load quickly, work on a phone and make contact easy. Web design across Yorkshire.
Radio and DAB
LDC also runs a radio station, so on-air adverts or sponsorship can sit inside the same plan as your search and social work. Radio advertising, step by step.
Reaching the right part of Yorkshire
Google Ads and paid social can be aimed by postcode, by town or by a radius around your base, so the budget goes on places you can actually serve.
Radio is more local, and its reach has limits. LDC broadcasts on 97.8 FM, licensed for the City of Leeds, with DAB in Leeds & Bradford, and it can be heard online, on the app and on Alexa. So for customers in Leeds and Bradford, airtime and search can work side by side. Further out, search and social carry the geographic load.
We work with businesses across West Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and Halifax), North Yorkshire around York and Harrogate, South Yorkshire around Sheffield and Doncaster, and East Yorkshire around Hull.
Some Yorkshire firms sell to customers anywhere in the UK. For them the plan follows the searches people make, and the county is a base rather than a boundary.
Branding for Yorkshire businesses
A brand is how people recognise you on every channel, not a logo file sitting in a folder. If you’re comparing a branding agency in Yorkshire with a marketing agency, ask who will put the brand to work once it’s finished.
With LDC, one identity runs through your website, social templates, advert artwork and, if you use radio, the way your name sounds on air. A strapline has to fit on the side of a van and still sound natural read aloud in a short advert.
Because the same team designs the brand and runs the campaigns, the look is made with its real uses in mind, and it doesn’t drift once the adverts start. The detail is on branding and logo design.
How a Yorkshire-wide campaign works
Five steps, most of them handled by phone, email and shared documents, so it makes no difference which part of the county you’re in.
1
Discovery call
We talk about what you sell, the towns you cover, the jobs you want more of and how enquiries are handled today. Phone 07540725926 to book it in, or write to us through the form.
2
Audit
We look at your website, Google Business Profile, search presence and any ad accounts, and at the competitors who turn up in your towns.
3
Plan the channels and target towns
You get a written plan: which channels, which towns and services to target first, and what each part costs, with ad spend on its own line.
4
Build and launch
Pages, tracking, adverts and any airtime go live together, so enquiries are counted from the first day rather than guessed at later.
5
Monthly review
Each month we show what came in, from which town and which channel, then move the budget towards what’s working and away from what isn’t.

What affects the cost of marketing across the county
We don’t publish package prices, because a business covering one town and one service needs something very different from one covering half of Yorkshire. Here’s what changes it.
How many channels
Search alone costs less to run than search, social and radio together. Many start with one and add more later.
How many towns and services
Each extra town or service you want to win may need its own page, ad group or content. Four services across five towns makes twenty combinations, and not every one is worth chasing.
The state of your website
A fast site with clear pages can be marketed straight away. A slow or dated one usually needs work first, or ad spend leaks away through it.
Content volume
Area pages, guides and posts take time to write well; sending photos of real jobs keeps the cost down.
Ad spend, kept separate
Money paid to Google or Meta goes to them, not to us, and every quote shows it apart from our fee so you can see both clearly.
One-off or ongoing
A set-up project, such as tracking, pages and profiles, is quoted once. Ongoing management is quoted monthly, with each month’s work written down.
Radio airtime
If radio is part of the plan, airtime is priced on its own. The advertise page has the full offer and audience figures, and we’ll quote for the campaign you describe.
A quote follows a short call and a look at where you’re starting from. Ring 07540725926 or use the form below and you’ll have a quote to compare.
How long it takes
Paid ads and radio can start soon after sign-off, once the pages and tracking they depend on are ready. The first weeks are for learning which towns and messages work.
Local SEO builds over months, and it moves at different speeds in different places. A common trade in Leeds usually takes longer than it does in a smaller town, or for a niche service anywhere in the county.
Page 1 of Google is the goal we work towards, but we never promise it, and nobody honest can.
Before you get in touch
A first call works without any of this, but it helps us give you a useful answer sooner.
The towns you really serve, and any you’d like to grow into.
The jobs you want more of, and the ones you’d happily turn away.
How calls and forms are handled today, and who answers them.
Two or three competitors you keep coming up against.
Access to your website and Google accounts (Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Ads), or the name of whoever holds it.
A rough monthly budget, including anything you expect to spend on ads.
Knowing which town and which page brought the enquiry
You should be able to see where each enquiry came from, down to the town and the page. Without that, every budget decision is a guess.
We set up tracked forms and calls so each lead carries its source: the advert, search result or page that produced it.
We do this on our own site: every enquiry form on these pages records the page it was sent from. The same can be set up on yours, whichever town or service a page is about.
Calls tracked by campaign, so phone enquiries aren’t missing from the picture.
A monthly summary in plain English, not a dashboard you have to decode.

Chimney sweeping and servicing, Yorkshire
CY Sweeps and Service
CY Sweeps and Service works across a wide patch of Yorkshire without separate town pages. Instead, Yorkshire appears in its page titles and headings, and the towns it covers in its descriptions and copy. It’s the lighter approach, and it suits a trade with one core service and customers spread across the county.
Paddick Engineering takes the heavier route: an areas hub and five town pages, each listing the services available there, local FAQs, nearby areas and recent work in that town. The town pages link to the service pages and back again, so a visitor can go from what they need to where it’s done.
UK planning application data (subscription service)
Planning Insights
Planning Insights sells to customers anywhere in the UK, so place barely matters to its site. Its service pages are written around searches such as ‘planning applications near me’ and ‘UK planning data’, each with its own title and description, and one long landing page explains how to view planning applications step by step.
Community radio station, Leeds (97.8 FM, DAB, online)
LDC Radio
Our own site speaks to the wider county as well as the city. Alongside dance events in Leeds and Bradford, it carries Yorkshire guides to nightlife, eating out, cafes and things to do, all kept current by the station’s own system, with the live player on every page.
Very likely. We’re based in Leeds and work with businesses across West, North, South and East Yorkshire, plus some that sell across the UK. We handle most projects by phone, email, video call and shared previews. If you’d like to meet, we can do that in Leeds; elsewhere we’ll usually talk by phone or video call.
Does LDC Radio reach my town?
That depends on where you are. Our FM signal is 97.8 FM, licensed for the City of Leeds, our DAB covers Leeds & Bradford, and anyone can listen online, on the app and on Alexa. So on-air radio suits businesses selling to Leeds and Bradford. For the rest of the county, search and social adverts aimed at your towns do the geographic work instead.
What does a monthly package include?
It depends on the channels you choose, so there’s no standard bundle. One package might cover Google Ads management, new area pages, Google Business Profile updates and a monthly report; another might add social posts or radio. Whatever it holds, the quote sets out exactly what’s included each month, with ad spend listed separately from our fee.
What’s the difference between a marketing agency and a branding agency?
A branding agency creates how you look and sound: logo, colours, type, tone of voice and the rules for using them. A marketing agency puts that in front of customers through search, ads, social and other channels. LDC does both, so the brand is designed knowing where it will be used, including on air, and the campaigns stay true to it.
How will I know which town or page my enquiries came from?
We set up tracking before a campaign spends money. Forms can record the page they were sent from, calls can be tracked by campaign and ads can be split by town, so each enquiry carries its source. Each month you see which towns, pages and channels produced leads, and which didn’t. See how we measure it.
Can one team handle the website, SEO and advertising?
Yes, and that’s the point of LDC. We build websites, make SEO changes in the code rather than in a report, run Google Ads and social, design the creative and broadcast radio adverts. One team means one plan and no handovers between suppliers, so nobody can blame the website for weak ads, or the ads for a weak website.
